Recruitment of professional soldiers assures young adults to join in, which is essential for an Armed Force to function effectively.

Recruitment to become a professional soldier in the Armed Forces will offer equal chances, non-discrimination because of race, ethnicity, colour, gender, religious relevance, as well as payment, profits and other compensation according to the military service peculiarities.

Recruitment of professional soldiers for missions and other challenges that our Armed Forces will face, are done preserving and developing the balances between the request for as young as possible middle age in our Armed Forces and the need to concentrate as long as possible than up to now in the military service; reasonable reports between operational forces and those supportive ones; between staff structures with the troop in order to choose as effectively as possible the applied contingencies serving in our Armed Forces. The professional military personnel that are women in the Armed Forces should be up to 15 % of the general number and for every structure one by one, in the function of the mission and tasks according to the required operational levels.

The choice of most adaptable elements will be made based on the tests of health conditions, physical and intellectual abilities according to the standards and procedures defined for this purpose. The General Staff of Armed Forces will review tests in November of every year and will adapt them in compliance with the realization of the force need for the personnel. Starting from 2012, we will extend as well the intellectual test categories in order to measure the capabilities of additional individual abilities according to every speciality.

The service contract for professional soldiers is the responsibility of the institution of the Armed Forces, represented from respective command levels. In order to do so, there will be standard procedures that are approved according to legal and sub-legal acts in power.
