Recruitment campaign, how to apply and the criteria that young men and women must meet to become part of the Armed Forces

Recruiting soldiers with the highest possible profile is essential for the Armed Forces. Therefore, the Ministry of Defence determines as part of the criteria that must be met by all young men and women, a quality profile, in good physical conditions and with a high cultural level.
To be part of the recruitment process, anyone interested must complete a series of documents:

Boys and girls from the age of 18 to 27 which have a secondary school, high school or university degree can apply on the official website of the Ministry of Defence, where a special section is dedicated to recruitments. Soldier/seaman selection procedures will be transparent and documented.

Young men and women will pass three more tests; the physical, intellectual and psychological one that will be carried out in certain phases.
In addition to financial treatment, anyone eligible to pursue a career within the Armed Forces will have a range of opportunities:
- dignified monthly income, like never before for the Armed Forces,
- education and vocational training, inside and outside the country,
- physical training according to NATO standards,
- trainings and exercises abroad along with other NATO and US counterparts, and other benefits.
