Concert with children of military personnel on the occasion of 70th Anniversary of the Liberation of Homeland

In the framework of the activities being held on the occasion of 70th Anniversary of the Liberation of homeland, the children of the militaries, under the direction of the Centre of Culture, Media, Publications, Museum and Holiday Houses (CCMPMHH) of the Ministry of Defence, organized and staged a show with a rich thematic from the repertoire of songs of the National Liberation War like: “Malet me blerim mbuluar”, “Shqiponjat Partizane”, and recitations of poems from the Renaissance period to the present day. The children of military personnel also revealed with full emotion the poetical, patriotic values of our most prominent authors.

Present at this festive event, the new director of CCMPMHH, Ms. Mirela Roshi assessed the activity adding that the staff she leads will create in the future for the children of militaries all conditions and opportunities to develop their talents and to take part in bigger shows, as well as competing in national editions or various cultural and festive occasions. She emphasized, “The Armed Forces are a major force and have inputs that fulfil the wishes of the children and our families when we work together”. At the end of her speech, Ms. Roshi said that the children in this stage are the continuity of all those artists that the Armed Forces have created over the years.

The show was rstaged with the cooperation of the Tirana Children Centre, who with parts of Tirana and Tropoja dances gave more colourful and diverse dimension conveying to the attendees special emotions. The duo of singers, Kozma Dushi and Redon Makashi, accompanied by the children’s choir was greeted with much applause. The song, “Dua më shumë Shqipërinë”, was the part that closed the program of this show.
