Lorena Goxhobelli

Adviser at Defence Minister Cabinet 2022 -

External legal advisor for ownership in the Cabinet of the Minister of Defense since June 2022.

She has a long experience in the field of justice, focusing mainly on issues of ownership, land administration, public-private contracts for the administration of state property, etc.

Lorena Goxhobelli graduated in 2006 from the University of Tirana and completed her master's studies in Economics, with a focus on Public Administration, in the period 2009 - 2011.
During 2014 - 2017, she held the position of Legal Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, and then Legal Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, until May 2022.
During 2009-2013, was part of the team of an international company, which implemented a project financed by the European Union for the establishment and strengthening of state structures for the decentralized management of EU financial assistance.
She was part of the Public Administration in the years 2007-2009, in the Legal Directorate and in the Directorate of Licenses and Contract Management in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy.

She has academic experience, first as a teaching assistant and then as a lecturer of Public International Law, Family Law and International Human Rights Law in public and private institutions of higher education.
She currently holds the position of director of the Legal Division in the Albanian Investment Corporation.
She is a member of the National Bar Association since 2006.

Field of engagement: Legal advice to the Minister of Defense in ownership issues for state property under the administration of the Ministry of Defense.
