She completed her studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law. She holds the titles Lawyer, Attorney and Mediator.

She speaks fluent English and Greek.

Field of engagement: External legal advisor to the Defence Minister, monitoring contracts and court case procedures.

Jonida Brati,  Adviser at Defence Minister Cabinet since February 2022.

She completed her studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in 2010, receiving the title Lawyer.
Since October 2011, she holds the title Attorney. Since February 2022 she holds the title Mediator. For years she has been a lecturer at "Aleksandër Moisiu Durrës", Department of Law, and since 2021 she is a full-time lecturer.
She is the legal representative of the "Brati & Partners" Legal & Mediation Studio.

Co-author of several publications, "Magistrate & Advocacy" published in 2012, "Dictionary of Law" published in 2021, "Commentary of the Civil Code (Judicial Doctrine and Practice)" published in 2015, "Unifying Decisions of the Supreme Court" published in 2014. Also co-author to the 2012 Traffic Code, the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code. Since 2015, she has been a member of the Association of Criminal Lawyers of Albania and a participant in national and international conferences.
Participant in the Brussels International Conference, 2021, with the publication "Gender Quotas and the Achievement of Gender Equality in Political Parties".

She has conducted several trainings in the field of tax and fiscal legislation, for the organization and functioning of EU institutions.

She is fluent in English and Greek.
