Defence Minister Kodheli inspects the Military Factory in Gramsh

The Minister of Defence, Mrs. Mimi Kodheli inspected today the military factory in Gramsh. Initially, Minister Kodheli was welcomed by the Director of the Factory, Mr. Klodian Taçe, who briefed her on the progress of the dismantling and destruction process of surplus ammunition and light weapons, and on the achievements and problems identified during this process.
Later, Minister Kodheli inspected closely the wards and premises of the factory, focusing especially on the line of dismantling of ammunition and light infantry weapons, both projects funded by the NATO Support Agency (NSPA).
Minister Kodheli also met and talked closely with all technical and engineering personnel and employees of Gramsh factory. Gramsh factory is one of three military factories of the Armed Forces, involved in the process of dismantling and destruction of surplus ammunition. Over 50 workers are currently employed in this factory.
