Ervis Tema has served as Chief of Cabinet to the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Albania since March 2026. In this capacity, he oversees the coordination of the Minister’s Cabinet, supports strategic decision-making processes, and ensures institutional cooperation among the Ministry of Defence, the Armed Forces, and national and international partners in the field of security and defence.

Advisor at the Defence Minister Cabinet since November 2022.

Graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1986 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and completed a Master of Science in Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
She has completed numerous qualifications in Albania and abroad for professional development.

Area of engagement: Advisor to the minister in the field of the future development of the military industry, the problems and perspectives of state enterprises depending on the ministry, as well as in the field of policies with NATO and the EU, cooperation priorities, following relevant agreements and the following process of opening negotiations with the EU.
