She completed his higher studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics in the field of Economic Informatics and a Master of Science in Information Systems.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Field of engagement: She has participated in trainings, conferences and panels conducted by institutions inside and outside the country related to innovation, sustainable economic development, cyber security, personal data protection and new systems in public administration.
She is a member of the Steering Board of the Academy of the Armed Forces.

Fatjon Hoxhalli is Adviser at Defence Minister Cabinet since February 2021.

He attended the University of Pavia in Italy and specialized in the field of International Law.

Advisor to the Cabinet of the Defence Minister since November 2022.

Graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1986 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and completed a Master of Science in Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
She has completed numerous qualifications in Albania and abroad for professional development.

Field of engagement: Advisor to the minister in the field of the future development of the military industry, the problems and perspectives of state enterprises depending on the ministry, as well as in the field of policies with NATO and the EU, cooperation priorities, following relevant agreements and the following process of opening negotiations with the EU.

She has a long experience in the field of justice, focusing mainly on issues of ownership, land administration, public-private contracts for the administration of state property, etc.

Lorena Goxhobelli graduated in 2006 from the University of Tirana and completed her master's studies in Economics, with a focus on Public Administration, in the period 2009 - 2011.
During 2014 - 2017, she held the position of Legal Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister, and then Legal Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, until May 2022.
