Amarildo Kupi has served as Adviser to the Minister of Defence for Foreign and Inter-Institutional Relations since May 2026.

He also contributes to inter-institutional cooperation in the field of diplomacy and national security. His responsibilities include coordinating with international organisations and partners in support of the Ministry of Defence’s strategic priorities and the Republic of Albania’s European Union integration process.

Evelina Hasa serves as Adviser to the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Albania. Her professional background spans both public administration and the private sector, with a focus on institutional coordination, project management, environmental affairs, quality management and innovation.

Prior to her current appointment, Ms Hasa served as Coordinator in the Office of the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Ministers. In this capacity, she coordinated inter-institutional projects and initiatives, supported cooperation among government institutions and monitored the implementation of various processes.
