Anisa Hoxha

Anisa Hoxha is the Director of Defence Minister Cabinet since November 2024.

She is a finance and risk management expert with a well-established career in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, up until October 2024, she served as the Director of the Finance and Commercial Relations Division at the Port Authority of Durrës. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2023, she focused on managing financial and credit risks in senior expert roles within the Albanian banking sector.

Alongside her professional career, Anisa was also involved in academia from 2016 to 2022, working as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Finance at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, where she shared her knowledge and practical experience with future professionals.

Anisa Hoxha holds an impressive academic background, including a a Master of Science in Finance and Risk from the University of Bath, School of Management, United Kingdom, completed in 2013, as well as a Bachelor in Finance, from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana in 2012.

She is known for her strong analytical, managerial, and communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Greek.
