Graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1986 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and completed a Master of Science in Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.
She has completed numerous qualifications in Albania and abroad for professional development.
Field of engagement: Advisor to the minister in the field of the future development of the military industry, the problems and perspectives of state enterprises depending on the ministry, as well as in the field of policies with NATO and the EU, cooperation priorities, following relevant agreements and the following process of opening negotiations with the EU.

With a long experience in the economic sector, especially in the privatization of public property, the development of small and medium enterprises, the regulation of public service sectors, etc. She has experience in the private sector and private investments.
Among the many responsibilities during her career, she has held important positions in public institutions and knows economic and regulatory development policies.
