Presented at the Eurosatory International Fair in Paris, the first Albanian military car "Shota"

 

The first prototype of the Albanian military vehicle "Shota" is being showcased at the Eurosatory International Fair in Paris. This prestigious event features around 2,000 companies from across the globe, marking Albania's debut with representation by a fully Albanian company.

Defence Minister Niko Peleshi emphasized the significance of this milestone: "The presentation of the first prototype of the Albanian 'Shota' military vehicle at the Eurosatory fair in Paris is a momentous occasion. It marks Albania's inaugural participation in this major international event and stands as a significant achievement for our defense industry."

Shota is equipped with cutting-edge technology, making it versatile for a variety of military and civilian operations, including troop transport, rescue missions, and security tasks. The development of this vehicle aims to bolster the Albanian military industry and beyond.

The Eurosatory fair, held from June 17 to 21, attracts delegations from numerous countries, including representatives from the USA and NATO.
