Notification of Intent of MoD of the Slovak Republic

Slovak Republic as a host nation intends start a public procurement within National Competitive Bidding + (NCB+) for projects "Sliač - Drainage improvements of South-West-Arrestor Gear" and "Sliač - Reconstruction of the engine test apron".

Projects are co-funded by the NATO Security Investment Programme.

The procurement will be conducted according to Law no. 343/2015 on public procurement.

Slovak Republic invites the addressees of this letter to distribute the enclosed Notification of Intent (N01) to companies, which may be interested in participating in the competition.

In accordance with the established procedure, interested companies shall be identified through presentation of a valid Declaration of Eligibility document not later than 4th, December 2024.

National authorities are advised that the bidding package will be NATO UNCLASSIFIED.
