Armed Forces begin the construction of a Bailey bridge in Mirdita

The Engineering Battalion of the Support Command began work on the construction of a Bailey bridge in Jezull village. The new bridge, which will be about 25 meters long and will have a load capacity of about 45 tons, is being built in cooperation with the municipality of Mirdita, which has previously built its concrete legs.
The construction of the bridge will significantly facilitate the movement of 1,150 inhabitants of the villages of Jezull and Sheshaj, in the Administrative Unit Rrëshen and villages Prosek and Rrushkull of the Administrative Unit Kthellë.
The new bridge, which is expected to be finished next week, will facilitate the access of residents in four different health centers and two middle schools.
