Minister Kodheli:Captain Fetiu left his deed which is difficult to be forgotten, he is now part of our national memory.

At the premises of Special Forces Battalion in Zall-Herr took place today the commemoration ceremony in honour of the 2nd anniversary of the fall in the line of duty, during the “Eagle 4” mission in Kandahar, Afghanistan, of the Martyr of Homeland, Captain Feti Vogli. In this ceremony attended Defence Minister Mrs. Mimi Kodheli, Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo, the Land Force commander, Major General Zyber Dushku, generals, directors and senior officers of the Ministry of Defence, General Staff and Armed Forces, family members and relatives of Captain Feti Vogli, as well as other guests.

Defence Minister Mrs. Mimi Kodheli in her address stated, reverence to Captain Feti Vogli is reverence to the country, freedom and its values. Captain Feti Vogli excelled with his passion for work and he was respected and trusted by his colleagues and comrades-in-arms. Throughout his service, he was characterized by high dedication to duty. Captain Feti Volgi left his deed which is difficult to be forgotten, he is now part of our national memory.

Later, on behalf of his family, the brother of Captain Feti Vogli, addressed the ceremony expressing sincere thanks to the Ministry of Defence, General Staff and to the Command of the Special Forces Battalion, who are always close to his family, for the honors paid to the Martyr of Homeland, Captain Feti Vogli.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Defence Minister Kodheli and Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Gen. Bazo paid homage and placed wreaths at the Martyr of Homeland’s bust, Captain Feti Vogli.
