The implementation of the favorable loans program for doctors, policemen and soldiers is underway, Peleshi: We will continue with the salary increase

 

The implementation of the favorable home loan program for young families of doctors, soldiers and State Police employees began today. In the activity organized on this occasion, where Prime Minister Edi Rama and the ministers of the relevant sectors also participated, Defence Minister Niko Peleshi announced that 92 applicants from the AAF have benefited from this program, which means that one in three candidates is selected. According to the Defence Minister, this program will continue until the needs of all military personnel are met. He supported the proposal to increase the age of the beneficiaries up to 45 years old, in order to increase the number of military personnel who will benefit in this program.
The minister also listed some of the benefits of the military personnel so far, from salary increases to health treatments and training for career growth.
"Last year's historic 40% increase in salaries has brought their salary to the highest levels in the region and this will continue until we reach the standard of NATO countries. Additional payment for job difficulties and special cases. Unemployment payment for the spouse, when they lose their job they transfer to another city, are some of these benefits.”
According to the minister, children under 18 have the right to benefit from financial treatment. Also, Mr. Peleshi said that our servicemen are treated with medical treatment for special cases in countries like Turkey, where there is an agreement to treat 100 servicemen per year.



The Minister announced the opening of a modern microbiological laboratory to treat all medical personnel at the Trauma Hospital for free. Meanwhile, the children of soldiers killed in the line of duty are exempted from paying school fees and have priority in military rest homes. Also, FA Academy students at the age of 18,who don’t pay tuition, are treated with a special payment.
300 Health, State Police and military employees benefit from this program in this first phase.
