The Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces participate in the litter collection along the coastline

In the context of the litter collection throughout the territory, at the request of the Ministry of Urban Development and Tourism, the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces joined the litter collection action with the motto “Albania belongs to all, let’s keep it clean”.
Defence Minister Mimi Kodheli, accompanied by Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo and the head of the National Coastline Agency, Mr. Auron Tare, inspected the work of the Armed Forces in Velipoja and Shëngjin.
In total, over 1,380 troops and over 79 vehicles of the Armed Forces in this operation were engaged in the beach of Shëngjin, Velipojë, “Rëra e Hedhur”, Patok, Porto-Romano, “Currila”, Durrës, Spille, Lalzi Bay, Golem, Divjaka, Seman and “Shkëmbi i Kavajës”.
