Armed Forces personnel donate blood

On the occasion of the World Blood Donor Day and under the motto, “Donate blood. Save life!”, the military personnel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and NCOs Academy donated today blood at the TRADOC’s Medical Centre. Among the military and civilian employees of the Armed Forces, who voluntarily donated blood, was the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo and directors of directorates in the General Staff. This human and civic action reconfirms our Armed Forces support to civil society and their permanent readiness to be always close to people in need.
On this occasion, the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo praised the existing cooperation between the Armed Forces, Albanian Red Cross and National Blood Transfusion Centre, and expressed confidence that this cooperation will be deepened in the future.
