EC 145 crash, Minister Kodheli meets the French Ambassador

Today the Minister of Defence, Mrs. Mimi Kodheli had a meeting with the Ambassador of France in Tirana, Mr. Bernard Fitoussi. The focus of this meeting was in the tragic incident in which Captain Floran Deliaj and Lieutenant Donald Hoxha fall in the line of duty meanwhile Private Second Class Soldier Gerald Baramuça was injured.

Minister Kodheli asked the French diplomat for the support and assistance of the French government and French expertize in the investigation process and to shed light as soon as possible on the circumstances in which the crash of helicopter EC 145 has occurred. Experts of the manufacturing company "Airbus Helicopters", American experts specialized in this type of helicopter, and experts of the Albanian Armed Forces in close cooperation with the Prosecution, keep on their work to shed light and investigating all the circumstances of the tragic accident.
