Bardhyl Kollçaku newly appointed Brigadier General of the Armed Forces

The President of the Republic of Albania and also the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilir Meta has signed today the decree for the high rank "Brigadier General" to Colonel Bardhyl Myrteza Kollçaku, actually General Director of the "Defence Intelligence and Security Agency" in the Ministry of Defense.

Scientific Master in Public Administration;
Doctorate in Defense, at the Academy of Defense, Tirana;
High International Defense Management Course (USA);

Special Course for Intelligence Officer (Turkey) as well

Brigadier General Kollçaku has performed various tasks such as:
Director of Defense Planning and Monitoring at the General Staff of the Armed Forces,
Director of the Strategic Policy Department at the Ministry of Defense,
Director of Integration - PfP Coordination in SHAPE, NATO,
Chief of Cabinet at the General Staff of the Armed Forces,
Commander of the Second Infantry Battalion in the Rapid Reaction Brigade and other duties in the Armed Forces structures.
