The AF continues to extinguish fires in Finiq, Dropull and Maqellare

The Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania continue their commitment to the extinguishing of fires in all regions of the country.
At the request of the Civil Emergency Directorate, over the last 24 hours, about 100 AF (Support Command and Land Force) and 6 transport vehicles were engaged in extinguishing fires in several districts.
The Armed Forces remain engaged in the village of Dhrovjan of the Municipality of Finiq with about 35 Land Force Forces and 2 vehicles, while 30 others from Support Command have been engaged in Frashtan and Lugar villages of the Municipality of Dropullit.
In the village of Bllata in the Administrative Unit of Maqellarë, Dibra Municipality, about 35 people and 2 Support Commands have been engaged, as the fire threatens the village dwellings.
Following closely the situation in the country, the Armed Forces will continue to remain alert and ready to intervene where necessary.
