Minister Xhaçka receives US Ambassador Donald Lu

Minister of Defense, Mrs. Olta Xhaçka hosted a meeting with the Ambassador of the United States of America in Tirana, Donald Lu.

At the beginning of the meeting, the American head of diplomacy, Mr. Donald Lu, congratulated Minister Xhaçka for the new position as the head of the Albanian Ministry of Defense.

Mrs. Xhaçka expressed her appreciation for the excellent relationship between our two countries and guaranteed Ambassador Lu, the Albanian government's willpower to further strengthen these bilateral relations.

Minister Xhaçka and Ambassador Lu also discussed on further cooperation between Albania and the United States of America in order to strengthen the partnership and security in the country.

Ambassador Lu was accompanied by the military attaché and Chief of the Military Cooperation Office at the US Embassy in our country.
