After 3 hours of walk, the Armed Forces managed to transport a 38-year-old woman to Kukës Regional Hospital, who was isolated because of heavy snow in her home in the village of Tejdrina of the Ujmisht administrative unit in the Kukës Municipality, in serious health condition.
Trendafile Miçi, mother of two children, was exposed to high body temperature, 40 degrees and was unable to be transported to the hospital due to the blocked road from the snow.
Immediately after receiving the announcement, the military of Kukës Regional Support Brigade and a heavy vehicle went to the village of Tejdrina.
Due to the thickness of the snow, the military had to walk for about one and a half hour to the house of the sick woman. After taking the 38-year-old, they transported her on a stretcher towards the heavy vehicle, and then sent her to the hospital of Kukës under medical care.
