Minister Xhaçka: The main challenges of the Armed Forces, reforming, educating and training the effectives

In promoting the third volume of the "Scanderbegas through years" series, Defence Minister Olta Xhaçka valued the co-operation with ex-Scanderbegas as very important.

According to the Minister, such co-operation would help in achieving the Armed Forces objectives, such as reforming, educating, and training the effectives.

"Today, the challenges the AAF faces are different from those of more than thirty years ago. Reforming, educating and addressing the effectives are a constant need, which requires the engagement of each of us to give the AAF the deserved image of a NATO member country army. For the achievement of these objectives, I appreciate the co-operation of all of you, the ex-Scanderbegas, as very important. I am confident to build together a regular communication of giving opinions and suggestions, of giving ideas for building the Albanian Army of the future. I strongly believe that the strongest weapon of a military is his discipline and dedication and I am proud to say that in your ranks, as in every member of the Armed Forces, these are the attributes that distinguishes yours between hundreds of other professions”, - said the minister.

At the end of her speech, Xhaçka, after expressing appreciation for this work, thanked the authors, the ex - military men Kujtim Boriçi and Maksim Fejzulla, whom brought the third volume of this trilogy. The promotion of this book coincides with the 73rd Anniversary of the Scanderbeg School, and also with Scanderbeg's Nationwide Year.
