The Albanian "Commando" effectives, part of one of the largest NATO Exercises

The effectives of the Land Force Commando Battalion are taking part in one of the largest training exercises organized by NATO in these decades.

Our commandos have joined the "Trident Juncture 2018" Exercise, which sees taking part 50,000 troops, 10,000 vehicles, 65 combat ships, 250 aircrafts from 31 NATO countries and partner countries. The training is taking place in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

The main goals of "Trident Juncture 2018" are to train the NATO Reaction Force and test the Alliance Defence capabilities.
