Minister Xhaçka wishes the Albanian troops on international missions

About 300 Albanian soldiers will celebrate New Year's Eve while serving on international missions, where our Armed Forces are giving their contribution.
Today morning Minister Xhaçka had a video-conference with all Albanian Contingents, who will be on duty on New Year’s Eve.
Minister Xhaçka congratulated the Albanian military men for their service, while being far away from their families, and wished them a cheerful New Year.
Albanian troops in Afghanistan congratulated all Albanians for a Happy New Year 2019 and they told joking about that where they serve the current year is 1397.
In conversation with troops in Herat, the Minister congratulated the coming back home of the Contingent whose turn is off, and announced to the servicemen who are taking office, that she is to go to see them closely.
The crew of "Lissus" in the Aegean Sea told that the New Year’s Eve will be on the open sea, eating food cooked on the ship.
The Minister also talked with the Albanian troops in the Latvia multinational battalion battle group, our representatives in KFOR Kosovo, and the EOD team in the European Union mission in EUTM-Mali, which is not only training the military men there, but also policemen and gendarmes.
Minister Xhaçka urged all contingents to be in contact with the General Staff and her Cabinet for any problems or requests that they may have.
In the end, the Minister whished all troops to have a safe return and to celebrate the next holidays with their families.
