The children of the administrative unit of Selishta, the municipality of Dibra will study in a more comfortable and warmer environment, equipped with appropriate items, books and toys. The Military Police reconstructed Selishta’s kindergarten with their own savings as a New Year gift for the children of this isolated area.
Minister Xhaçka closely monitored the work done to improve the kindergarten conditions and praised the work and generosity of Military Police officers as well. "I’d like to thank the Military Police for this significant gift that the children here in Selishta kindergarten received. Thanks to their savings and gifts, we have been able to repair the kindergarten and create a much better environment for the children to stay and learn. Furthermore, I want to reemphasize it once again that even in other cases, our military has shown that despite the small budget, they do have a very big heart. It is their great heart that made it possible to help these children and celebrate with them the New Year Eve. We wish them and their families all the best, a healthier and more prosperous year and may all the wishes come true to these wonderful children. Finally, I’d like to praise our Military Police for the wonderful job they did.” - said Minister Xhaçka.
In addition to the kindergarten reconstruction which lasted about a month, the Military Police granted presents to the children such as toys and clothes
