Ministry of Defence marks International Day for Universal Access to Information

On 28 September, the International Day for Universal Access to Information, the Ministry of Defence joins institutions around the world in highlighting the importance of transparency, access to public information and open communication with citizens.

To mark the occasion, the Office of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection has prepared an awareness-raising poster carrying the message: “You have the right to be informed; we have a duty to respond.”

The Ministry of Defence remains committed to ensuring institutional transparency and upholding the right to information in accordance with the legislation in force.
