AAF continue the work for the reconstruction of Buna Bridge

The Armed Forces sappers, in cooperation with the Albanian Fund of Development, continue the work for the reconstruction of the Buna Bridge in the city of Shkodra. According to the sappers who are working there, so far, about 40% of the 166m long bridge works are completed, which are expected to be finalized by a few weeks. The reconstruction of the Buna Bridge by the Armed Forces began several weeks ago after its depreciation, making it unusable, risking the demolition and the life of pedestrians.

After the intervention of the Ministry of Defense and the AAF to reconstruct this bridge, it will be a reality for the city of Shkodra very soon. Being a cultural monument built over a century ago, vehicles will not be allowed to cross the Buna Bridge.
