Clarification of the Ministry of Defence

The proposal deals with the equal treatment of the Armed Forces employees with the rest of the administration, as the respective report clarifies. The Ministry of Defence prepared this draft based on the fact that, some warehouse of chemical stocks are located in areas which are at a distance of less than 100 km away from the centre of service, as well as in the framework of the high difficulty that represent the implementation of such service by the Armed Forces’ military personnel.

The Ministry of Defence clarifies that the draft was not submitted to the government, but it was submitted for opinion to the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance. We also inform that a similar proposal was drafted by the Ministry of Defence in 2011, for all the employees engaged in the process of decommissioning and dismantling of the Armed Forces’ surplus ammunition. Similar drafts were also prepared by other ministries.
