State Export Control Authority (SECA)

The State Export Control Authority (SECA) is a central institution, with the status of a public legal entity, subordinate to the Minister of Defense, which has as its object of activity state control over the export, import, transit, transfer and intermediary activities for military goods and dual-use goods and technologies.
