General - Directorate of State Material Reserves (GDSMR)

General - Directorate of State Material Reserves (GDSMR) is created to intervene operationally, for the protection of the population, the economy and the defense of the country, in specific cases.

State Material Reserves are used in emergency situations, civil emergencies, terrorist acts, military actions (in war), which bring immediate and serious damage to life, to the health of the population and livestock, to property, to cultural heritage and to the environment.
