Cypher Directorate (CD)

The Cypher Directorate (CD) is a state structure responsible for implementing cryptographic security measures for the protection of classified information and for the control and assessment of the security of electromagnetic emissions of systems.

The CD structure is constituted in accordance with its mission and tasks, national legal and sub-legal definitions, relevant NATO documents and its recognition in the homologous structures of NATO and the EU.
