Albania, part of the International Maritime Security Coalition, USA: We welcome your participation

Our country is the seventh to join this important multinational effort, to ensure freedom of navigation and free flow of trade through the major naval routes in the Middle East.

Albania is joining the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain to contribute to International Maritime Security Coalition (IMSC).
"Central Command of the United States welcomes the Albanian’s participation in the International Maritime Security Coalition (IMSC)," as the US Embassy writes in a statement on social networks.

Freedom of navigation is a vital international norm for security, which the international community must work for together.
