The Turkish airplane with aids pledged to residents affected by October 26th Earthquake arrives in Tirana

A plane with aids pledged by Turkish government to the residents affected by the October 26th earthquake has arrived in Tirana.
The aids consist in logistics such as tents, temporary shelters, heaters, portable beds, blankets, etc.
The Defence Deputy Minister Petro Koci, accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Albania, the Director of the Civil Protection Agency and the Military Attaché of the Republic of Turkey in Albania, went in Rinas Airport to welcome the team that brought these aids.
In his speech, the Defence Deputy Minister Petro Koci, stated that “Our relation with Turkey is deeper than a friendship between tow counties. Turkey has always been and remains on our side. This disaster has strengthened the spirit of cooperation between Albania and Turkey. I want to express my gratitude to President Erdogan, the Turkish Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces, the Red Crescent, the Public Housing Agency and the entire Turkish SAR assistance teams that came in Albania joining us to face this challenge, which is very difficult."
The deputy minister particularly praised President Erdogan's commitment to build 500 apartments for 500 families who were severely affected by the November 26 earthquake disaster.
