"I want to tell everyone that we are altogether in this war! We understand the hardships, the stress, the uncertainty about the basics, but we ask to all of you to have faith and patience! Since the very first moment of the escalation of the measures we are engaged with the State Reserves, Civil Emergencies, municipalities and are preparing the support of those most in need.

Our focus is on retired people and poorer families. We will serve them with utmost dedication and with everything we can. We ask everyone to understand us, because we need some time. Even more developed countries are facing unimaginable difficulties!

Please be patient and only be patient, this is a war in the truest sense of the word and therefore we should all limit everything we can. Gratitude for the popular understanding and everyone's fantastic contribution! The more we limit ourselves today, the less wounds and loss of life we will have in this war "- Minister Xhaçka said.

The packages being prepared at the State Reserves will be distributed to retired householders and families in need containing mainly basic food and detergents.
Distribution of these packages will be done by the Support Command in cooperation with Civil Emergencies and local government.
