Members of the Kosovo Security Commission visit Albania, Bici: Committed to strengthen cooperation

Deputy Defence Minister Dallëndyshe Bici and Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Bajram Begaj received in a meeting at the Ministry of Defense the deputies of the Security Committee of Kosovo Parliament.
During the conversation, which was also attended by deputies of the Parliamentary Commission of National Security of Albania, the Deputy Defence Minister praised the excellent and fraternal cooperation between our two countries.

The meeting discussed the implementation of agreements between the two governments, in particular, that in the field of Defense, which the two Defence Ministers signed on May 18, 2021, in Pristina. Deputy Minister Bici stated that: “Albania remains committed to its diplomatic campaign to increase the number of countries recognizing the independent state of Kosovo and now as a member of the UN Security Council”.



Mrs. Bici confirmed the unconditional support of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Albania and in particular of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania for the Ministry of Defense of Kosovo and the Kosovo Security Force, in particular towards the Euro-Atlantic integration processes.
