57-th Anniversary of the Support Battalion, Peleshi: Guarantees the activity of the AAF

The Armed Forces Support Battalion celebrates the 57-th Anniversary of its Establishment.

During the ceremony organized on this occasion, Defense Minister Niko Peleshi expressed his appreciation for the work of the personnel of this battalion over the years, defining it as an important battalion that guarantees the activity of the Armed Forces. "Behind every activity, operation or mission is your work, the work of the military, as well as of the civilians too. You are also part of the image of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania through structures such as the Wind Orchestra or the Honor Guard. All Albanians have seen your presence. You also build the reputation of the AAF with your work, so I am also your supporter", - said Minister Peleshi.

He said that a new structure has joined this Battalion, the Symphony Orchestra, which will soon perform in public, a way to appeal for more prestige and dignity, but also for an approach to young people towards the Armed Forces.

Part of the 57-th Anniversary Ceremony of Support Battalion were also the Chief of General Staff of the AAF, Brigadier General Arben Kingji, the Commander of the Support Battalion, military, etc. During the ceremony, decorations were also given to appreciate the work of the effectives of this Battalion.
