Rainfall situation in our country

According to the data received from the Emergency Response Preparedness and Coordination Directorate, in the Civil Protection Agency, last night rainfalls have caused problems in some regions of the country. The Civil Protection Agency has provided to the municipality of Shkodra high mobility vehicles and water vehicles. A high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle and AAF personnel are engaged in helping the residents in the unit of Ana e Malit, Obot village. Due to heavy rainfall in the last few hours, the main axis of this road has been blocked, making it impassable for small vehicles. In the meantime, the withdrawal of water continues on some land surfaces in Bërdica, Guri i Zi and Velipoja.

ARRSH contractors are working to clean the soil in the Theth-Breglumi, Darragjat-Shirq axes, Dajç administrative unit as well as on Vlora River Road on the area called "Qafa e Pëllumbit".
Water withdrawal is also happening from the surfaces in Lezhadistrict, in Balldren administrative unit, the ex-marsh of Torovica, in the area of Laçi, the ex-marsh of Gjonem.
According to reports, hydrophores are working normally, below the critical quotas.
The quotas of the Drin, Gjadër and Mat rivers are at a normal state.

In Kishavec village, Dibër municipality, some cattle have been evacuated, due to the water flooding from the stream of the village, meanwhile it is still being worked to repair the damage to Çikut Bridge.

In Toplane-Serme villages, Temal administrative unit and in the area of Vermoshi, OSHEE contractors are on the ground to restore the electrical power supply in these areas.
In all other regions of the country, the situation is normal.

The Civil Protection Agency in the Ministry of Defense, is ready to respond at any time to the requests of the local government, putting all the necessary capacities at the disposal of the communities.
