The situation resulting from widespread heavy rainfall across the entire country is improving, but civil emergency structures remain active in the field to address any lingering consequences. Three teams from the Armed Forces are currently assisting Tirana Municipality employees, and the situation in the capital has seen significant improvement.

Greater attention is being focused on the districts of Dibra and Shkodra, where efforts are underway to clear affected areas. According to forecasts from the Institute of Geosciences (IGS), high-intensity rainfall is expected throughout the night, with many regions experiencing downpours and storms accompanied by strong lightning discharges.

Citizens are strongly encouraged to promptly report any issues and refrain from unnecessary movements during this period of challenging weather conditions.
