Fortunately, dedicated teams from Civil Emergency and Armed Forces personnel are actively addressing the challenges posed by severe weather conditions, and the affected areas have not witnessed any further expansion.
In the Gjirokastër region, ongoing efforts aim to restore normalcy to the road axis connecting the city of Gjirokastër with the villages of Karjan, Mingul, and Gjat, which experienced blockages due to heavy rainfall.
In the Korçë region, intensive work is in progress to repair a damaged bridge in the village of Panarit. Close monitoring is underway in the Dibër and Lezhë regions, where road blockages persist due to continuous heavy rainfall.
A maximum effort is being exerted to mitigate any risks to human lives and livestock. OSHEE work groups remain actively deployed in the field, focusing on rectifying defects and restoring electrical power in remote areas, contributing to the overall recovery efforts.

The country has experienced continuous rain showers throughout the night, and they are still ongoing. However, the situation seems to be returning to normal in most districts.
Emergency teams, under the coordination of the National Civil Defense Agency, alongside personnel from local road directorates, Firefighters, and Police, are actively engaged in the field. Their focus is on ensuring smooth circulation for both citizens and vehicles.
The situation in Tirana has notably improved compared to the previous day.
Efforts are concentrated on specific road segments, including Bence-Lekdush in a location known as "Uji i Varur" in the Tepelene municipality, and the Picar-Golem road axis. The objective is to clear roads of debris and ensure safe passage.
A successful evacuation took place for a group of 23 foreign tourists who were stranded at the entrance of Langarica Canyon due to heavy river inflows.
The cleaning process is underway on various road axes such as Shkoder, Diber, Elbasan, Berat, and Korca. Simultaneously, OSHEE teams are working to restore electricity supply in some remote areas of Gjirokaster, Vlore, Berat, Fier, Korca, Diber, and Elbasan.
