Hitting houthi targets, the ministry of defense alongside the US and United Kingdom

The Ministry of Defense of Albania supports the response of its Western partners, the US and UK to the military objectives of the Houthi movement in Yemen.

In a statement after the action of the allies, in response to the attacks of the rebels, the Ministry of Defense declares that it stands by its allies.

"We support Resolution 2722 approved by the UN Security Council and the common position for an immediate end to the illegal Houthi attacks, which undermine international order, the global economy and the free flow of trade by unprecedented attacks, destabilizing, illegal and unjustified Houthi attacks against international naval vessels in the Red Sea.
Our message remains clear: We will always be alongside our allies in this international challenge to support and protect lives and the free flow of commerce in one of the world's most critical waterways, opposite continuing threats." - the Ministry of Defense of Albania stated in its reaction.
