In Vlora, the situation worsened due to heavy water inflows, with issues reported at pumping stations. In response, after a request for support from local authorities, the National Civil Protection Agency and the Armed Forces provided assistance with 2 motorboats, 2 teams equipped with water pumps, 8 high-mobility vehicles, and 30 military personnel.

Additionally, to assist the community near the Vlora Municipality, the National Civil Protection Agency is coordinating and organizing operational structures at both local and central levels. The Armed Forces have also deployed 6 personnel and 2 vehicles from the Southern Infantry Unit.
