Minister Vengu hosts KFOR Commander: Close cooperation for regional security challenges

Defence Minister Pirro Vengu held a special meeting with KFOR Commander, Major General Enrico Barduani, to discuss recent developments in Kosovo. Minister Vengu reiterated Albania’s active support for the KFOR mission, emphasizing its vital role in ensuring the stability and sovereignty of Kosovo.
He highlighted the importance of KFOR’s cooperation with all Kosovar security structures, which are now an established reality. Both Vengu and General Barduani stressed the need for increased vigilance and close cooperation to address ongoing security challenges in the region.
