Albania–Kosovo Strategic Cooperation 2025–2028: Armed Forces and Security Force staffs meet in Tirana

Representatives of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania and the General Staff of the Kosovo Security Force met in Tirana to discuss the drafting of the Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2025–2028.
During the meeting, Chief of the General Staff of the Albanian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Arben Kingji, praised the progress made in transformation, modernization, and the excellent performance in joint and multinational exercises, as well as the important role of the KSF in ensuring security in Kosovo and the region.
Lieutenant General Kingji also assured the KSF delegation of Albania’s unwavering commitment to supporting all of KSF’s needs in areas such as education, training, experience exchange, and further development of bilateral military cooperation.
This meeting further strengthens the brotherly relations and military partnership between Albania and Kosovo, reaffirming their shared commitment to regional peace and security.
