Nufi in Washington meets DSCA Acting Director: Focus on Armed Forces Modernization and Joint Projects

During his visit to Washington, D.C., the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Albania, Ermal Nufi, met with Mary Beth Morgan, Acting Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).

The discussions focused on advancing projects of mutual interest and further strengthening defence cooperation between Albania and the United States.
In a post on social media, Minister Nufi highlighted that Albania’s strategic partnership with the United States remains a cornerstone of the modernization of the Albanian Armed Forces, the enhancement of defence capabilities, and the strengthening of Albania’s contribution within the NATO Alliance.
“During my visit to Washington, I met with Mary Beth Morgan, Acting Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), with whom we discussed the advancement of projects of mutual interest. Our strategic partnership with the United States remains a key pillar in the modernization of the Albanian Armed Forces, the enhancement of our defence capabilities, and the strengthening of our country’s contribution within the NATO Alliance,” Minister Nufi wrote.
