Minister Kodheli proposes to decorate the fallen pilots, Captain Delia and Lieutenant Hoxha

Minister Kodheli has proposed to the President of the Republic of Albanian to award Captain Floran Delia and Lieutenant Donald Hoxha with the “Golden Eagle Decorate” (after death), under the motivation: “For activity or acts of bravery during peacetime.” The proposal of the minister comes as a result of the decision taken by the Central Status Commission “Martyr of the Nation” no. 705, date 06.04.2016 to declare them “Martyr of the Nation”.

On the proposal sent to the president of the Republic of Albania it is mentioned that Floran Jahja Delia and Lieutenant Donald Vesel Hoxha, were devoted military men, talented pilots and always willing to sacrifice for others
