Information on Gramshi Plant event

Around 17:40 today (Saturday, August 20), the shift guard at the Gramsh Military Plant noticed suspicious movements around the facility. He immediately informed the head of the guards that a person entered the territory and tried to take pictures. Both shift soldiers applied military rules in order to detain the person, first calling him to stop. Despite the call of the guard and the plant's security officer, the person tried to leave, but thanks to the quick reaction of the two soldiers, he was detained. At this moment, the escaping person retaliated by using neuroparalyzing spray on the two soldiers, but the two military guards stopped him.
Immediately after the announcement, the Police escorted the Russian citizen, M.Z. 24 years old, in the premises of the Gramsh Police Station, for further actions.
Meanwhile, two other people were observed outside the perimeter of the plant, a woman and a man accompanying this citizen. Therefore, the personnel of the Military Police immediately notified the State Police, who detained the two other persons not far from the plant.
The Police Services made it possible to find and block the "Chevrolet" type vehicle in the vicinity of this area, in which the Russian citizen S.T., 33 years old, and Ukrainian citizen F.A., 25 years old, were traveling, and were accompanied for further actions.
The three people are currently accompanied by the State Police, which in cooperation with other institutions is continuing the investigations on the incident.
Representatives of the Military Police, the Defense Intelligence and Security Agency are also present at the scene, and in cooperation with the Criminal Police Department and the Anti-Terror Directorate of the State Police, they are coordinating actions to fully shed light on the circumstances of the incident.
While the two injured soldiers after the first medical aid were transported to Tirana for more specialized medical treatment are under the care of doctors and out of danger.
