“Petrit Murzaku” Girls Volleyball Cup

In the framework of the celebrations on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Liberation of Homeland, at the Ministry of Defence, took place “Petrit Murzaku” Girls Volleyball Cup.

At the event attended the Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Mr. Rauf Dimraj, the Director of the Centre of Culture, Media, Publications, Museum and Holiday Houses (CCMPMHH), Ms. Mirela Roshi and many other guests.

In her speech on this occasion, Ms. Mirela Roshi, thanking all participants in the activity and in particular the Master Petrit Murzaku, said: “This is an event on the occasion of the celebrations of the 70th Anniversary of the Liberation of Homeland, while for me, it is the first activity. This activity makes me think that we will further enhance and expand the activities related to the Armed Forces. Let this be the first start for me as new director of CCMPMHH, as a new starting point to bring other innovations, not only in volleyball, but also in other sports.

In this sportive event attended girls volleyball teams of the club “Tirana”, “Partizani”, “Sh. Uka” and “Dardania” team of the Armed Forces. The first match was played between “Sh. Uka” team and “Partizani”, which ended with the score 2-0 for “Sh. Uka” team. The second match was played between “Dardania” team and “Tirana”, which was won by the team of the Armed Forces, “Dardania”. While the final match was played between “Dardani” team and “Sh. Uka”, won by “Sh. Uka” team, which became the champion team of this competition. The cup was handed to the champion team by Master Petrit Murzaku. In his address, Mr. Murzaku thanked the organizers of the activity and wished success to all teams participating in the activity.
