Presentation of 2013’s military publications

At the Ministry of Defence’s auditorium, it was held this morning an event for the publishing of 2013’s military publications. At the event attended the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Viktor Berdo, generals and senior officers of the Ministry of Defence and General Staff, lecturers, officers and civilian employees of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), etc.
The opening speech was held by TRADOC’s deputy commander, Colonel Ruzhdi Kuçi. Later, the director of the Doctrine Centre, Colonel Ahmed Leka briefed on the work done by the centre and its employees for the preparation and publication of the doctrinal books, regulations, manuals and other military publications, which can be already found in the libraries of the military units.

The director of the Centre of Book and Support with Information, Colonel (R) Bernand Zotaj, in his speech focused on the importance and values of the book for the education and training of the military personnel, highlighting a series of important publications published during 2013 for our Armed Forces.

At the conclusion of this important event, the attendees were addressed by the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo. In his address, Major General Bazo assessed as very important and positive the promotion, by the Doctrine Centre and TRADOC, of the military publications during 2013. In this context, Major General Bazo conveyed a warm thankful message to all those professors, lecturers, officers and specialists, not only of the Doctrine Centre, but also of the Armed Forces, who with dedication and professionalism worked and contributed to preparing these publications according to NATO standards.
