The 2027 NATO Summit Will Be Held in Tirana

The 2027 NATO Summit will be held in Tirana, following a unanimous decision by the Allies at the next meeting in The Hague. In the delegation led by Prime Minister Edi Rama, Albania reaffirmed its commitment to defence, resilience, and collective security.

The Allied countries agreed to invest up to 5% of their GDP in the field of defence by 2035, with a particular focus on the military industry and technology. This commitment further strengthens Albania’s role as a stable and reliable partner within the Alliance.
