Rear Admiral Mullaj, the new commander of the Naval Force

Rear Admiral Arsen Mullaj officially assumed duty as Commander of the Naval Force, succeeding Vice Admiral Adnand Agastra, who completed his mandate.

The ceremony was held in the presence of Defence Minister Pirro Vengu, who described the change of command as a reflection of professional continuity and strengthened leadership within the Armed Forces.

The Minister emphasized that the modernization and recovery of the Naval Force constitute a strategic priority for the government, with a focus on enhancing capabilities, securing essential assets, and revitalizing Pashaliman as a strategic shipyard for the Armed Forces and allied forces.
